
Peter Wannan is the instructor for the Tai Chi for Life and Health classes.
The tai chi routines learnt are the new standard tai chi routine – Tai Chi 8 Techniques 5 Steps (Taiji Ba Fa Wu Bu) and routines in both the Traditional Yang Style [as taught by Cheng Man-ching] and the Traditional Sun Style of Sun Lu-tang.
Peter has studied Qigong and Traditional Yang routines with the Tranquil Dragon and Fierce Tiger Tai Chi Schools; the Tai Chi for Heath routines and the Competition Sun Style 73 Forms under Dr Paul Lam and his Master Trainers from the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI); the Traditional Yang Family 13 Forms routine with David McKenzie of Fierce Tiger Tai Chi; and Classical Chen Style [as taught by Chen Zhao-kui] under Terry Young of Chen Style Taijiquan New Zealand.

Peter is a Board-certified Instructor with the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI) certified to teach the Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA), Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis (STCA), Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention (TCA+FP), and Tai Chi for Diabetes (TCD) programs.
Peter brings experience, enthusiasm, and commitment to assisting those wishing to learn and practise in a supportive social environment the gentle, enjoyable, health-fulfilling, and life-affirming exercise forms of qigong and tai chi.
