
Peter Wannan is the instructor for the Tai Chi for Life and Health classes.
The tai chi routines learnt are the three standard tai chi routines, i.e. the 10 Forms, The 24 Forms, and the new standard routine Tai Chi 8 Techniques 5 Steps (Taiji Ba Fa Wu Bu) and short, intermediate, and long routines in the Traditional Yang Style [as taught by Cheng Man-ching] and the Traditional Sun Style of Sun Lu-tang.
Peter has studied Qigong and Traditional Yang [as taught by Cheng Man-ching] routines with Tranquil Dragon Tai Chi; The 10 Forms (Yang 8) with David Mackenzie of Fierce Tiger Tai Chi and Suzette Hosken of Jade Lady Tai Chi; The 24 Forms with Fierce Tiger Tai Chi, Jade Lady Tai Chi and Dr Paul Lam of the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI); the Tai Chi for Heath routines and the Competition Sun Style 73 Forms with Dr Paul Lam and his Master Trainers from TCHI; the Traditional Yang Family 13 Forms routine with Fierce Tiger Tai Chi; and Classical Chen Style [as taught by Chen Zhao-kui] under Terry Young of Chen Style Taijiquan New Zealand.

Peter is a Board-certified Instructor with the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI) certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA), Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis (STCA), Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention (TCA+FP), and Tai Chi for Diabetes (TCD) programs.
Peter brings experience, enthusiasm, and commitment to assisting those wishing to learn and practise in a supportive social environment the gentle, enjoyable, health-fulfilling, and life-affirming exercise forms of qigong and tai chi.
