Tai Chi for Life and Health provides a range of classes at progressive stages of learning to cover the range of experience and ability of students. Locations can be found on the Find a class page using the link on the home page menu.

Each class provides a warmup, exercises, a qigong set, a tai chi routine, and a cool down.

For many students this learning with ongoing practice is more than sufficient as a complement to other exercise or sporting activities they do.

Tai chi routines learnt include the new standard Tai Chi 8 Techniques 5 Steps, shortened routines in the Traditional Sun and Traditional Yang styles, and intermediate and long routines in the Traditional Sun and Traditional Yang styles.
